CORONAVIRUS AND OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM

In the last one year and three months, the devastation caused by the coronavirus in different parts of the world has not gone unnoticed. Millions of people have been killed and millions are still being killed. The rest of the days are numbered. The recent catastrophic Corona devastation in our neighboring enemy country India has moved thousands of people all over the world. So far millions of people have swallowed the coronavirus.

Even in a developing country like Pakistan, the way Corona wreaked havoc, and the way its third wave is wreaking havoc, is before us. Hundreds of thousands of people have fallen victim to it and hundreds have laid down their lives against it. Thousands of people in Pakistan, including me, who were still making fun of the Coronavirus, were forced to believe after seeing this third wave that the Coronavirus exists because now the Coronavirus is not only in the cities but also in the villages. The gradual increase in the number of cases is a clear indication that the coronavirus is not a joke but a fact. If its ravages are mentioned, they are so long that they have not been covered. Business and commercial centers, offices, markets, markets, bazaars, working class, day laborers, etc. can be affected by Coronavirus in almost every walk of life where all kinds of Coronavirus. The most important system that has been badly affected is the education system. It is impossible to deviate from the fact that the education system is the most important pillar of a healthy and prosperous society. So it is not unreasonable that a good and prosperous society is dependent on the education system and under it, the reputation of a society can be maintained. Believe it or not, our education system which is not already at this level is like Corona from above. Dangerous epidemics have damaged it very badly. The foundation of our children has deteriorated and the time is not far when these children will have great degrees in their hands but these children will not be able to benefit from knowledge at all.

Their morals will have fallen to the extreme. They will have lost the talents that would make them known in the world and they could become a dignified citizen by serving the country and the nation. How many generations will suffer the consequences of the deterioration of the system can be well estimated and whether the coronavirus is the only hand in the destruction of the education system or the government is responsible for it is a separate debate but I will say so much It is the responsibility of the present government to pay special attention to this system and to formulate some policies so that instead of deteriorating the system, it is moving towards betterment and every possible means should be used to make it better? Create SOPs that will not harm the system in any way, as the current method has failed miserably and the system is gradually deteriorating. The coming generations will certainly suffer all kinds of losses and their recovery is possible but the bad effects of the conditions created under the deteriorating education system reach the generations and cause weak failed and inferior societies. Therefore, the government of the day is requested to repair this damaged education system as soon as possible and pay special attention to its improvement so that a better society can flourish.
